I also live in Florida and in my opinion MMJ will be legalized but a patient will have to be on their DEATH BED to get a prescription for marijuana as long as the Governor , Attorney General and the Legislator is in the hands of Republicans. Mark my words...Florida will have the toughest MMJ laws on the books. This November if you are a resident of Florida IMO for the State races (not federal) voters should vote the straight Democratic Ticket. It looks like growing your on MMJ is out of the picture. IMO unless things change in Florida it will not be a good market for QASP.
