Mr. DiNanno is President of Republic Consulting Group working closely with corporate and government clients to provide enterprise risk management and cyber security solutions to financial services, health care and other critical infrastructure operators. He previously served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Critical Infrastructure Protection at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security ("DHS") where he was responsible for Homeland Security initiatives to identify and protect the nation's critical infrastructure.
Mr. DiNanno is one of the country's foremost experts on corporate and government interaction in the post 9/11 era. He has also represented the United States in several bilateral initiatives involving cooperation between the private sector and government infrastructure and counter-terrorism initiatives, in Latin America, Canada and Europe.
