well-

i understand the heirarchy, and therefore, it seems that seems that we must be in bear mode to get the sell/short. in bull mode, price supercedes the rsi>70 rule.(price is still above 10MA at close yesterday).

but ppo was flat yesterday, now lower - by my way of thinking it should still be bull.

but if bear, then price not relevant, therefore rsi> 70 produces sell/short signal.
