If Aspire is determined not to have to file a 13D (which might be part of their investment parameters), they would have to be a big seller, as was pointed out to me a couple months ago. Those would be new shares bought directly from the Company (to fund ops), which would have a particularly suppressive effect on share price since they are dilutive.
