Most RSs end up totally diluted and the stock will drop back to .0001 and it appears he likes to repeat the process over and over. Your equity will be almost nothing. I have seen on rare occasions the PPS stabilize and go up a little in some RS. However, those firms have a real CEO, real business, real revenues, net income and assets with little or no debt. Totally different situation here.
