If you go back through Elite's history of trials with Eli 216 - notice they've completed BE studies and human liability studies already. To me it seems with the recent 12hr ART products- the most important studies are the BE studies- as previous human liability studies were positive as mentioned.

Should the FDA not require full scale efficacy trials on the 505b2 products - we've already successfully completed the studies needed- just on separate products.

A good buying opportunity IMO. Good luck on your recent pick up.
