The #1 thing SUPREME above all considerations when investing in a nano cap stock is the capital structure. Business plans and revenues are worthless, if the capital structure is destroyed. Astrom has destroyed any chance we ever had of having a great return on this investment. Why? Because he has absolutely blown the supply side of the equation. Think about it....there is almost 13 BILLION shares available! Do you really think that's a good thing for us? NO! The biggest reason that NNVC's and UPL's chart looks like that is because the supply has stayed static, while the demand has risen....it's just that simple. We never can know 100% that a CEO will keep the supply static.....but we do know who will not!
