No that doesn't mean they are trading. Mr. Leopold can now use those shares if he needs the money. Also Tangiers has been increasing their holding and when they sell they are very good about not crushing the PPS.

He typically will only use that credit line for times when he can't secure VC notes.

Give the man some credit he owns more of the company that anyone else and won't want to blast shares out unless he has to.
