I sure am glad I drank the champagne BEFORE reading the news or it would have spoiled the bottle. I did catch that part about "Addax Petroleum entered into a participation agreement with ERHC Energy (ERHC) to acquire an interst in Block 4 of the JDZ." I know that the Press Release we put out March 17, 2006 mentions Addax with Blocks 4 when they paid us $1.35 million, and will be required to pay us an additional $16.65 million on or before March 24, 2006.

Oilphant... I'm disappointed and you got to point out what's so good and different about these two releases? Maybe the champagne is preventing me from reading the fantastic news you're talkin' about?
