That is exactly why she hired Money Runners. Vigil knew that they were a pot play pump and dump group. She wanted to max out the share structure and could never have done it with the failure of the flight schools.

So, she brings in the pot crowd, hires a pot promoter, places false PR's and takes the money to the bank.

SCAM is too good of a word for this.

I invest in companies that I think will make me money. And everything I say is just my opinion.
