FPMI just raised $1.2mil w/ no dilution...on a note. No dilution and most company execs involved. Basically a bridge loan to phase2 results for CardioPET and the start (and finish?) of phase2 for BFPET.
All we need are the phase2 results for one of the two. Partner it out to fuly fund the 2nd.
