I also find the rules for a short a bit confusing. Do you agree with the following?

1. Long if NDX > 10ema OR NASI 5ema>24ema OR rsi(5) < 28.

2. Short if NDX <10ema AND NASI 5ema<24ema AND vto (rsi(5)) over-ride is not active (Over-ride being rsi5 <=28).
