Yes to news this week, and hopefully merger, but at least some clarification of where we are in the process. Intent to merge is long announced so I don't see any "quite period" reason to not spring for a PR and not let this thing get trashed for an extended period of time. BAYP urrent activity makes me believe we get paid for assets, but I really don't think the money has exchanged hands and I truly believe that is what is holding up our merger closing. All IMO. We're good, we just don't know the exact date yet.
