It's based upon their predictions have not been correct. They have been saying since the 70's we only have ten years left to do something about it. It's a joke. When Katrina happened that storm was supposed to be the normal because of global warming. It's been over 3000 days since Florida has seen a storm. And storm activity has dropped dramatically. And not one warmer predicted that. Except for me.
