The CEOs that set up consulting companies

to fund their companies also know how

to work the crowd...

Saw one company did a reverse split and the

CEO had a firm of his loan the company a

tiny sum at a 90% discount rate to the

low bid average that sets the conversion...

It was a filing company at the time or would

have never saw it...

Forgot the name and haven't tried to find

it since then...LJ
