The S-1 values the dividend at $.01/share (which is probably what the value was when this IPO process started back in April). I'm not sure whether this needs to be re-calculated as of the record date, particularly now that we have a full quarter of sales. That may be one of the things MCIG needs to respond to the SEC about.
