I usually highly disagree with Solantey, but they MIGHT raise A/S depending on the share price when using some of the $20m from LPC. Its not that far fetched.
Even if not now. Sooner than later, they're gonna raise it because they run out of money. Another highly paid member to the AMBS crew will increase cashburn rate even more.
And finally. GC said they might uplist EOY 2015. Just so you know.
