Why would that matter if it did happen? The audit will bring them current if it were to happen and you keep overlooking the fact that this is a tiny sub penny stock that will have audited financials. That is extremely hard to come by. The audit alone is worth a penny if not more. Mantivities is worth another penny if not more. The rest of the potential news is worth specualtion. It could be worth several pennies if not more.
