Zeev, on a $ basis, insider selling 29-to-1 recently....biggest volume in 2 years.....also, Trimtabs went bearish a few days ago, based on overall liquidity.....and yet, day trading type firms (TD Waterhouse) etc., are seeing a little comeback by retail investors..

You factor this kindof stuff (especially insider sales) into your stuff....also, I thought Helen Meister piece on new highs would have given you pause, or do you calculate new highs differently (she had a lot lower "real" number- something like only 2% of all stocks- due to number of REIT, ADRs, etc. making new highs). In fairness, I think her piece calculated from last Fri.
