Last year they reported Q2 on Aug 7. I am NOT of the mindset that Q2 case sales and revenue will be below prior year. I expect Q2 case sales to exceed prior year and be way above Q1 2014. If the company is knee deep with a lender(s) I would also expect that they would want to see Q2 results. Even though they can derive what Q2 will look like, they would still want to see the final 10k.

As far as Walmart goes big ships sometimes turn slowly. Pulse's products are absolutely excellent and with that I expect the likes of Walmart to want their products.

Its not as if its easy to build distribution and fill pipelines when you are building a business. Capital is always the hardest part of the equation for a start-up company.

A start-up only ceases to be a start-up when they climb the maturity curve or go out of business. Pulse is still in the start-up phase but it sure beats the hell out of being Jones Soda. Imagine how you would feel if you were invested in a company that has been around for a long time, tasted success, crashed and has seen is distribution go steadily down AND NEEDS CAPITAL. Pulse has a long life ahead of it but that life will be bumpy until it clears the start-up phase. Just sayin....
