With this latest "clarification" has anyone figured out FOR CERTAIN if the "minority iterest" is based on HNWS shares or if the shares are directly in NOVA before the combination? In other words, if the minority interest is 5%, does HNWS own 95% of NOVA OR does the "minority interest" own 5% of HNWS?

It sounds like these could be excluded from the reverse split. I can't see anyone paying 3.125 a share before the split. If this is true, HNWS should be worth at least .31 BEFORE the split...at least in someone's opinion. It also makes me think that HNWS would not own 100% of NOVA. While I don't really like that, it may not be so bad if they are getting a good bunch of cash to work with.
