This company has committed to delivering relevant news in a timely manner. Not cutting off communication.

We here people complain about fluff conference calls and communication. Those same people also complain when the company says it will only deliver meaningful news.

It's contradictory and extremely harmful to their credibility when those posters don't stay on message. That's assuming they understand the message they're trying to deliver.

Additionally, depending on what people do for a living and their business experience, developing a functional company through acquisition is both time and capital intensive proposition. It's remarkable and extremely positive this company has laid out a plan and delivered within the timeline they've committed in public announcements.

Finally, in today's corporate culture, it is very rare for someone within a company to admit and take ownership of a miscommunication. There is no intent to deceive in my mind, and it's added another level of credibility.
