Problem is PT the Acme driving schools are spinning out classes full of people every 4 weeks with DLs and fully endorsed to haul even gasoline - the highways are full of these green horns and even the ones that want to do well just do not have any experience (you cannot fake experience)
very dangerous situation on the roads these days -the training classes do not even allow them to drive a loaded truck, they are trained on empty ones - we require 2yrs minimum to hire on and we still have issues with some of them but to be fair some of them are nothing but walking issuses -even their issues have issues lol

an industrial spy ? now we know


experienced drivers that take pride in their job are a dying breed along with many other jobs
