It is significant that Brissenden used the word significant in the PR. Companies are not allowed to pump their stocks the way people like myself pump BAA on this board.

Banro has a long history of erring on the side of caution. For Richard to use that word I'd wager that the parties involved have been chosen, contracts have been written up and they are now at the legal wrangling stage.
