Terri Hagarty called me back at 1:28pm
I asked her if she could answer the question--First Citizens was awarded the receivership of United Western Bank why is First Citizens listed as a creditor in the BK of UWBs holding company--which is a totally different entity. She told me she would find out and get back to me ----nothing yet

Just received a call from Terri--- she is trying to find the answer to that question---has had to call a lot of people to find the answer---will try to get me an answer today--but it might have to be tomorrow

You might know she is out of the office until Tues. July 1
