Just finished my research from 2012 to present at cook County Courthouse Public Records in Room 802 chancery Court and Law division where the records were split. There were hard copies of filings through Sep 2013 and electronic files beyond that but all paperwork has not been scanned and available on line.
Both Playboy and Playbev filed a Motion and received an order to prevent certain evidence to be blocked from copy due to jeopardizing commercial business. That as why I could not see everything.
This will be the first of several messages based on my observations and only my opinions regarding my discoveries.
first of all there are a total of 13 causes of cation files against Playboy( Chicago ), Jimmy Easebag ( L.A.) and Redi FZE ( United Kingdom ), each cause for several million dollars each to be substantiated at trial.
Several of the motions taken under advisement have been for the judge to Order a decision on counter claims from the defendants and not to rule on Playbev's claims.
Back in Sept of 2013 Jimmy Easebags health took a turn for the worse causing delays in his answering interrogatories. Playboy then motioned to sever themselves from. Easebag and go to trial with Playbev. That motion was ordered dismissed, if you recall.
Then Playboy tried to dismiss case based on Piercing corp vail which was denied and extended and then ordered dismissed.
Th latest maneuver by Sims law firm on behalf of Jimmy Easebag is to claim lack of jurisdiction which the motion for judge to take under advisement and order is for sep 23.
Playboy has been quiet through all of this since June 5.
From all of the earlier complaints I read it appears that both playboy and playbev want this to go to trial. that may have changed since recent rulings.
It would not be fair to name the 2 playboy execs that are accused of agreeing to and then trying to circumvent playbev by working with Cirtran distributors and customers of Cirtran, but playbev has plenty of evidence of meetings and witnesses of extending the contract for up to 20 years.
It is also clear tHat the distribution channel is CIRTRANS customers and can not become those of playboy. Playboy would have to start over.
If you read the original complaint with 13 claims and causes of action you would be hard pressed to rule against playbev. My calculations of data I have seen recently exceeds my prior estimate of 1.6 billion dollars. But , unless playboy and playbev are negotiating a settlement, this will take a while to resolve if it goes to trial.

Everybaody was very as helpful when they heard that I was researching the Playboy Case and wanted to know what I discovered.
