I think a secondary offering would be beneficial so we can acquire more patent assets similar to last acquisition. I believe it will be done after Q2 financial release, forward guidance, and higher stock price. Jeffrey Feinberg, our consultant and mega shareholder, should be providing good guidance on how to navigate this.
