basically,, the etf is dead,, bulls just dont know it yet.

1) all highs were on low vol
2) all recent new highs were met with heavy selling
3) only 1 time did it get incredible vol,, yet no new recent high and again met with sellers.
4) notice how the down bars are getting more frequent,, traders taking the deadcat bounces to exit,, (prolly at minor losses or flat)
