I do not see the Naked Shorters covering in the near future. The reason is that they took such a huge naked short position, that buiyng up shares might not help them so much at this point. They will need to come up with a bail out strategy or do a cover up or approach management with a deal. The real problem comes if the stock rises significantly and they have to reconcile the books and accounting with a big short position. They get some time, but the dam will have leaks in about three months or so. The best way to play PAIM is to look at it as a 1 to 2 year play and not weeks and months for a quick buck.
