after the town decides what they want to do, then they will or will not be able to build to capacity which could take more time.

infrastructure must be in place i.e. water, sewer, electricity and pavement run a marijuana export business.

I made a prediction in late June that it would be at least one year until this bunch gets licensed, if ever...
