I read that SEC rule filing when it first was posted, read it again.
It only states that companies can tweet or post info on face etc if the info has been available to other investors via PR, filings.
I really hope the CEO of SEGI isn't tweeting any material news on twitter, like stating their will NOT be an AS increase.
No one can post material news on Face without providing the news to all shareholders via PR / FILING or alerting them that news has been posted on Face etc.
“But the next time material information is disclosed on an executive’s Facebook page without the company alerting all shareholders to look there for information, the matter will likely be met with an SEC lawsuit instead of a report,” Goldman said.
