As long as we have the right to impeach, yes, Bush could be impeached.
That is if we still have a strong personality that does't equivocate about what is right and wrong, such as a Senator Sam Ervin, to take the lead.And to think this was a southern conservative Democrat.
Though Nixon resigned, we all know it was because he knew impeachment was an absolute certainty.
What Senator now do you think could fill Sam Ervins shoes that is now presently in the senate office????

Do we have any great men such as Joseph Welsh in the wings.
i can name one Patrick J. Fitzgerald, imo.
