APT's building is over a football field away from the highway and is obscured by trees (I took a Google "street view" look at it). People speeding up the highway will likely be past it before they can see it. Then again, it's not like they'll be selling products to the public from this soon-to-be vacated location anyway (unless they plan to compete with distributors in KC).

The whole point is the building does not look like the snazzy pic on their website. It's been Photoshopped to give people a false impression. If they plan to actually make it look like the pic then say so (i.e. "this is a rendering of what our building will soon look like").
