Contrary to the longs belief, the diluters aren't trying to drive the price down by over zealous selling.

They convert a few million shares, at the discount of course, then they sell these, as the pps drifts down, they convert a few million more, they then sell therse, and this keeps getting repeated.

With the A/S being raised every two months, this will continue indefinitely.

They don't need stock promotions, they got discounts, lol!
