1) the company does NOT own 9% of plants

2) the companies that got the offering of shares after Q 1 were 3!!!

3) THEREFORE are these 3 companies owning the other 30% of Warrants or not??

If not that Then the Warrant holders own 4 million shares!!And DO NOT sell This is NOT included in their 10% ownership!!

And if they did not sell the other 1.5 million shares warrants and kept them instead!! Plus got 1.75 million shares from offering. The 2 million shares from Warrants converted in Q1

They would have 5.25 million shares of the last O/S of 18 Plus million shares from Q1 after reported which Ironically is about 30%!!! They could still buy another 750 million shares on open market!!


Gets very close to buyout!!

6 million plus 4 million(these do not count till converted but have control of) = 10 million shares they have control of!! That is OVER 50% as it sits now!!


VERY VERY CLOSE TO TAKE OVER!!!

And Debt holders want to cash out!! ???? Means another offering after Q2 Comes out????

The debt holders and the 9% owner could take this over!!
