I have stated back after Q1 that was an idea that a takeover or a buyout was being made!!

I was always shot down!!

I predicted a buyout because all debt was being paid off and that share offering at end of Q1 beginning of Q2 MADE NO SENSE when they had all that cash!!

The buyout if one was going to be made would be in Q4 after Q3 earnings when ALL debt would be eliminated!!
