BTW, 8K posted by PEIX after the close today reflects that the management and BOD may be concerned with significant accumulation by active and or passive stockholders who may call for special stockholders meeting. Hummmm, maybe someone is suggesting a sale or going private? I have always thought that it would not take much to go private considering cash flow and real enterprise value of company and very low interest rates available for even troubled companies. Well i can still dream, right?
