lets see. last check the o/s was 2.1bb the a/s is 2.5bb and now for months the claim of dilution yet it is caped at 2.5bb? hummmm so how can that be?? seems the numbers just dont add up. as well if one looks at the last filing on OTC they will NO 504s by the company since feb, soooo I guess the dilution theory is just a ploy right? LMAO easy when the numbers dont lie!!! HAHA
