I'm not saying they will win or loose the case. I'm just saying don't jump to conclusions.. it has to be proved without reasonable dout. If there is the slightest dout apt won't win the case. We don't know all the details of the case and what evidence each side has. I know lawyers as personal friends that have gotten plenty of really bad people off the hook on technicalities. Trust me it's not as cut and dry ad it may seem.
