As Childish Counter Reaction Dhar Mann As Plaintiff Made
The Private Lawsuit Against Peterson at March 29, 2011 !
Superior Court, Alameda County, File No. RG11568327 and
Resulting Dhar Mann or his Attorney did not even attend the
very important Initial First Court Procedure Meeting of his
Own Case, where He could have the very Good Chance based
on Court Misleading Attempts and None Substitutable Claims,
could get the Courts Verdict to Pay Compensative Huge $ Mn
Amount to Peterson and that’s Why Peterson attended for at
the First Court Meeting to directly there at Courts Request to
Claim the $ Mn Amount together with his Attorney presence !!

These Are Only Private Civil Cases Which Never Have Been
Related With TRTC, That‘s Why The Wording TRTC or Terra
Tech Corp. Is Not Existing In Any Court- Filings or Documents !!

Afterwards, March 1, 2012 Both Got In Peace With Each Other

S-1 Filing of October 2013 again some Lawsuit is mentioned
where before it was not anymore mentioned, as informing !

Seems there is more than one Poster fully ripe for the ic3.gov !!

Now everybody can go to below SEC Link and look into all
SEC S-1 Filings of about 50 Pages each and can see as since
beginning of 2012 at every S-1 Filing - Pages 31 - 35 without
any Pause until today at about 20 SEC S-1 Filings to see the
wrongfully declared Dhar Mann Rubbish, which even according
of SEC Rules should never be there, because not to Registered
Company related and only Matters of SEC Registered Companies
are permitted and obliged to be Content of any Filings ! ! !
