"They" are John Snow and Company that want to create a bit of inflation and make US goods more competitive overseas.. and kickstart the Europeans to cutting rates.

I dont know if the Euro can do another 15% nearterm...but I doubt it.

a catalyst may certainly be the perception that Euro banks will cut rates very soon...(they better or they will be in bigger hole to dig out of)

I cant answer your last question...any currency TA experts care to answer that one?
