These two don't match:

McCammon seems to think today was about Manu extending the TRO and that there will be an upcoming trial. Also, she contends that the judge will rule on Manu getting attorney's fee (The docket shows clearly that the judge requests Medient submit support for getting fees). Maybe she got confused when she called the court reporter? So many were calling to see if the TRO was dropped in addition to the denied requests that the clerk may have given her the wrong idea about what today's hearing was about and given her the trial date which, in my opinion, is now obsolete.

Ritchey's understanding matches mine.
