I don't believe it was a reaction to the news. It looked to me like the original selling started with the 3 Mil @ .0023 and people undercut that selling into the bid. Once the selling started, with little buying to counter, more people began selling to take profits from the past few days because of the fear of losing those small profits. IMO The run will continue once buyers step in, hopefully tomorrow after I double up. (: All IMO.
