I did get a partial answer from them (CSA), but waiting to hear the answer to my "follow-up" question before sharing with the board.
They alluded to the amount of filings determining the time it takes to "revoke" the CTO. I believe that.
I'll let you know when I have a more complete answer. I imagine sometime later today.
