The pump was already done, the RM news. The dump was and is still ongoing behind the scenes all in the name of the Godly "Reverse Merger". The R/S is announced and upcoming, to further dilute and because imo there is no completed RM. There is no proof it's being traded to the new entity...it could and most likely is insider buys.
