It has been proven that NEWL has not been delisted...read the previous posts for the links to confirm...they did not meet the minimum NASDAQ requirements for share price and were placed in a T12 halt while the NASDAQ receives additional information...since they have been halted the only OTC tier that will allow trading is grey sheets. Once NEWL has provided the information requested by NASDAQ and is able to meet the minimum listing requirements it will be up listed.
