To be fair to CJTF, they can not control anyone from privately sponsoring a promotion.

Also a funny side note, If you look down that entire list, CJTF is the only stock that actually has an estimated book value per share that is above the share price when promoted. Even better than GEEK which has $3 million sitting in the bank. A vast majority of the securities on that list have a negative book value (which would make sense for most start ups).

This does not change my perception or future outlook for CJTF and in a way, reconfirms this is a highly undervalued security at this point in time.

The only real risk I see right now is if they delay or never go into production. I see that as highly unlikely with the $12 million coming to them.... Pretty low risk for a penny stock (IMHO).
