qtip, based on the latest financials, company lost almost a half a million dollars, yet preferred dividends still being paid, so where would the cash come from to pay the dividend to common shareholder? If a dividend is paid in shares then we know that's dilution, but since you claim they have the ability to pay a cash dividend, the financials do not back that up. So where is the cash coming from??
