No, losing money IS the reason...As for those who "play soccer for 2 hrs after school are starved by the time they get home for dinner" - I have six children and NOT ONE ever came home from school not hungry and it didn't kill any of them.
I don't go to fast food "restaurants" but I do know if we cater to kids wants and not their needs, we can't blame the McDonald's of the world.
And good for Michelle Obama for her work on the school lunch program - there will always be those who hate everything/anything Obama.

Oh, and it's "to"...as in, parents are to blame.
