It's not believed to be good when that accumulation comes at the expense of shareholders who don't have the ability or opportunity to acquire stock at discounted market rates.

However, some here claim deep pockets which means there could be private placements by those investors that could help slow dilution and protect the share price. Those investors, however, are content on chasing this flaming train wreck all the way to the crash site.
